Dropped in on a whim and walked out, 15 minutes later, with a stack of vintage books for my 9 year old, who is an avid reader. It was nice to find these books in great condition and be able to introduce my son to some of the books I loved as a child...without actually sharing my copies!
I love this store!! Richard is awesome. Great book readings and great music performers! One of Pasadena's finest. I say this because everytime I am here I gain something and increase my knowledge with either a new book or meeting a great person. Definitely check it out. Great atmosphere and positive energy.
I HAVE TO RAVE ABOUT THIS BOOK SHOP. I walked in on New Years Eve after having driven by the shop for years and found this little gem. Long out of print and nearly impossible to find. The shop owners were just too cool, and they gained a repeat customer. The selection of books is just amazing.
