When you need to find records in the SGV area, this is probably one of the last great music stores. My husband goes to this place pretty often to get his fix of second-hand records-- in fact, this is probably the first record store he went to back in middle school.
I have been coming here my whole life and I absolutely love it. Nothing like that nostalgic smell. The staff is always so helpful and can get anything ordered within a few days usually. It is an important LA establishment❤️
Title: Friendly Service, Organized Store, but Initial Awkwardness Review: I recently visited this store to buy a CD, and the guy at the counter was really nice and helpful. The store is somewhat organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for.
Glad to stumble upon a record store in downtown Pasadena. Hope they stay in business. This area will shine if they keep shops like this rather than overload it w/ corporate chains left & right. The store carries a decent selection: old & new vinyl/CDs.
