Kim and Scott the owners are incredible people. Kim is the brains and looks of the operation. Scott is there. 🤪 They also like 🍕. All kidding aside, this is a wonderful independent record store. Nicely curated and quality inventory. They always greet you with a hi and a smile. Don't miss this Pilsen gem.
Pinwheel is the friendliest and cleanest record store I know. Scott, Kim, Marco, Dane and crew are all wonderful. Sports section is brilliant. I always find something that suits my weird/eclectic music taste. Bonus points for always having awesome nostalgia trading card packs in stock!
Visiting Pinwheel Records is not only a MUST when in Pilsen, but all of Chicago! Owners Scott and Kim are amongst the friendliest and most genuine people you will encounter. I’ve been a repeat customer since my first time visiting while living in that neighborhood.
This is my favorite record store in Pilsen. The owners a super kind and host the coolest events. I love coming here so much! I love the comedy nights they’ve hosted. The record selection they have is stellar and I appreciate their west Pilsen presence close to the pink line.
