I'm not a Scientologist, but I stopped in and found a rare highlighted copy of Dianetics (sans dust jacket) which I was more than happy to purchase, for the purpose of hollowing out and subsequent firearm concealment.
Neat old-style used book store in Milwaukee! Bay View also carries CD's, vinyl, DVD's and videos, but the focus is intact, well-preserved books of all kinds. You could easily lose an hour or 2 just browsing through all the titles.
Been a fan of their "what they are playing" posts on Facebook. Finally got to stop by. Could spend days looking at books and vinyl. Walked out with a stack of old interesting books. Looking forward to going back.
Huge variety of books available. The owner represents ideas of all kinds in the shop and does not display bias of concepts. Reasonable pricing and good organization. It’s everything a book store should be.
