Great shop with an awesome vinyl selection, equipment but the biggest thing that sets them apart is that they were able to repair my broken record player! I’d been trying to get it fixed for some time but couldn’t find anyone at any other DC record shops that could fix it for me.
My turntable stopped spinning, and Ty was super responsive in connecting me with their technician, Caleb, who got it fixed within a week of me dropping it off. Filling out the repair request on their website made it super easy, and everyone was very communicative along the way.
I lugged my inherited 1970s Dual turntable to be refurbished by the store based on a tip. They sent it to Caleb Godsey to take a look — What a godsend, Caleb took wonderful care of the turntable and brought it back to life.
