Visited there for the first time today. I am a serial vinyl shopper but rarely walk out with anything because of how crazy expensive shops in San Francisco are. This shop was great! I found 3 records I wanted at extremely reasonable prices.
Surprising amount of cds, great for fans of punk and indie rock. There was some hardcore as well. Prices on cds are good. Vinyl has a wider selection but typical price points for new/'rare' stuff. I appreciate the emphasis on promoting local bands/shows!
this is the best place to get cassettes in the entire bay area. I have been to 9 other shops in the past 2 weeks. thrillhouse has such good deals and such an insane selection. I almost didn't want to write a review, just because I didn't want others picking their shelves before I could again!! I had to, though.
