My first time today, turning in games and making a purchase. Love, love, love this place. Love the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, patient, kind, and as well as knowledgeable about a lot of the game products. The manager of the store took care of us today and gave us a great deal on our game exchange.
(5) Stars? No Questions here my friends. The exchange down at the steel yard commons is the place to go these days. Whether your buying, selling or just looking around, I almost guarantee you a good time. The store is cool,Point, Blank Period.
Fantastic organization, friendly staff that were hard at work, and a great variety. Best selection of cds ive seen in a very long time. Also has records, tapes (like vcr tapes), video games, figurines, miscellaneous novelty items, consoles, comics, etc.
This is an incredible shop! The Exchange is similar to GameStop (in the same sort of way that the Great Lakes are similar to a rain puddle). Staff were abundant and helpful. The store was filled all kinds of items, and games of all types.
