What collectors say again and again
“Prices were a little on the high side but the staff were cool, the selection was unique and in lieu of a listening station they'll just put the record on the PA.”
“Amazing atmosphere with neat and organized DVDs and tapes I remember having as a child with comic books, vinyl albums and other amazing vintage memories and physical media 10/10”

A Must-Visit for Music and Book Lovers at Union Station! As a music lover and vinyl enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover Rail and Records at Union Station. It’s exactly the kind of local, independent shop that makes DC’s creative scene shine.
I can’t believe this place exists here. It’s that good. It’s honestly my favorite record store in all of DC, have talked to the guy behind the register a few times I’ve always enjoyed my interactions. Highly recommend this spot..
A cozy spot in Union Station! They have a mighty collection of records for its size and a nice number of used books, including kids and cookbooks. Book prices are clear, which is nice.
