I've been going here since they were located on purchase street! I remember the first time walking in a couple years ago- I was in awe at how much hardcore/metal/punk music they had around (as I'm used to stores filled with only jazz/oldies or new stuff like T-swift/Harry Styles which are both not my forte).
The Owner Roger Of All Sinners Band That Plays The Drums Is So Super Nice To Me Every Time I Visit The Local Band Store In New Bedford MA. Most Of The Time. I Even Got Your New All Sinners Live Album That Was Live. I Can’t To Listen To That Since I’m From New Jersey.
This record store is incredible! They have an amazing selection with tons of rare and hard to find gems, it’s honestly worth traveling just to check it out if you have to! I was able to find two original 1st press Stone Temple Pilot records amongst many other good finds.
Purchase Street Records is hands down the best record store I have ever been to and I have been to countless stores all over MA. They have the best selection, the best community support, and the best prices. What's not to love about them. I travel over an hour and a half just to go there.
