I've spent thousands of dollars here over my life. At one time, I came here every Friday and grabbed a CD or two. Every month, I eagerly awaited Punk Planet or Maximum Rock N Roll hitting the magazine shelves. While I don't live in Dubuque anymore, when I come visit, I make sure to stop here.
I've both sold and purchased records here and was beyond pleased with each visit! The staff are approachable but don't overwhelm and all come off as easy going, the store has a great selection of new and used music in various formats, and their prices for buys are fair.
Ive been going to this store since I was a kid for music and books. I like that I can find music that isn't carried in a chain store like Best Buy. I love that I'm supporting local business as well. The store is more than just music although the variety is great.
I can't say enough about this plane!! I wish there were more of these kind of music stores around. They are a thing of the past, but fortunately this is still going! It's got everything you could want or need as far as music goes!
