Really beautiful experience at this record shop. The owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything about turntables and sound quality in such an easy, grounded way. You can really feel the passion for music here ✨🎶 Definitely one of those hidden gems for vinyl lovers.

Awesome record store with a great selection of music and really friendly staff. One thing that stood out was when, im assuming the owner, drove out to drop off a record player at my buddy’s house because he was on his bike and had no way getting it home. Great people, great service, and definitely coming back 🫡🫡

We had an incredible experience here at For the Record. The dynamic duo are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable as a first time Galena visitor. They had an awesome collection of records, some that you wouldn’t typically see! Can’t recommend it enough.
