⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today I purchased an Xbox One for my soon-to-be 9-year-old son’s birthday, and I have to say Von was absolutely exceptional! He went above and beyond to help me set up the entire Xbox system before I even left the store.
The fact that this store location has went through soooo much and is still standing, updating inventory, and renovating both outside and inside within the years I have been going about buissiness is amazing to say the least.
I stopped in there to sell a PlayStation BackBone that my son was never interested in. Going in I knew nothing about this place. I was like, mmm. Not my vibe but want to sell this game system. But let me tell you. The moment I walked in I was welcomed by this gentleman named Von.
Stopped by Game X Change last Thursday and honestly, Vonn made the whole experience. Dude was super chill, funny, and actually took the time to help us instead of just trying to rush us out the door. You can tell when someone’s just doing their job vs. when they actually care—and Vonn definitely cares.
