Where to find Game X Change
What customers say
I bought a Nintendo 3ds at the Palestine game exchange and it stopped charging after the second day I had it. They didn't have another one to trade bit I could get store credit wich is fine but I really needed another 3ds. So I called the Jacksonville tx location and talked to David. He couldn't have been more helpful!
I go there regularly (like once or twice a week) since going there I've only received one item that hasn't worked (out of like 50 that 8ve purchased). But before I made my purchase they warned me that it may not work because it was scratched, they implored that I think about what I was going to do. I still bought it.
Mary (I hope I got her name right. 😅) & David were fantastic to deal with, as well as very knowledgeable. I've been to various GXC locations in East Texas and NW Arkansas, and this store is definitely one of the best! Very clean, welcoming, and organized. 💯
Game X Change is a great spot, especially if you’re into retro games. They have a really solid collection. You can find a lot of classics that are hard to come across elsewhere. The selection is what stands out the most. There’s always something interesting, whether you’re collecting or just browsing for nostalgia.
