Shelly was friendly and made for great conversation. She was managing a very upset customer on a call when we were in there, and she handled it with patience and stuck by company policies in a way I was very impressed by.

This place is great for their low cost appliances. For the cost of a new basic model refrigerator I got a used refrigerator, stove, and stackable washer dryer! I wasn't able to install everything within the 15 day warranty period and I had some problems with the washer leaking.

I want to thank the great staff here, who always do their best and deliver great customer service. I live on the outskirts of Holland and can't travel often due to my disability. Steve was nice enough during a rush, dealing with call-ins to answer my stock questions while on his lunch.

I’ve been in this shop many times and bought furniture multiple times. About half my living room furniture is from this store at this point in time. Megan is always very helpful and very upfront in answering all my questions about the items. I’ve found many quality pieces at very affordable price points.
