Best customer service from a couple of men in the store. Cashier needed a little help getting me a gift card. The man behind him jumped up to help. He taught the man and walked him through to help me get a gift card. Team work was awesome to see.

Been going here a very long time and the draft has definitely been much friendlier and more helpful than past staffs here. Can’t quite give it 5 stars though because the gold standard was the holland store that unfortunately closed down.

Prices were good, Had a great selection of games, Staff were super helpful and friendly, what more do I have to say? Also, Please give Callie a bonus. A huge bonus! In Summary, Loved my experiances.

I recently stopped in hoping they could clean a gamecube game for me that was giving me fits. I knew going into this the risk involved that once you "clean" a disc, it could make it worse. They cleaned the disc for me the first time and it of course, it made the game worse.
