So I relocated from Baltimore to this area about a month ago and back home we had this place called the Sound Garden. It is pretty famous because musicians come from all over to sign autographs there and their selection is pretty great.
I'm not sure why it's taken me this long to review... Good selection. Check. Good prices. Check. Friendly atmosphere. Check! Seriously this is an old school "mom n pop" shop. Reminiscent of younger years when people bought their music the way it was made to be heard.
I've been living in West Chester for over 15 years and here since it opened over 8 years ago, and this is by far my favorite store here (music or otherwise). The selection of music is varied and not limited to one genre. If you like music, chances are very high that you'll find something for you.
Great selection of new/used CDs and Vinyl. New CDs covers new releases as well as many staples and classics curated by two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Mainly pop/rock, but still plenty of weirdo stuff, especially if you comb through the ever changing used section.
