Being a vinyl nerd, I’m always excited when a new store opens that specializes in music on vinyl. We drove 45 minutes to check out Hop Fidelity and were not disappointed. The shop has a wide variety available and the prices are fair.
I just visited Hop Fidelity for the second time this past Saturday. Once again, I was very impressed. I like the small shop atmosphere. Easy to browse and reasonably priced plus all vinyl and covers VG+ or better. The store is very organized. The dude behind the counter is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to.
After the loss of the Mad Platter, I never thought that West Chester would have another high quality record store again.... Turns out I was so so wrong! Hop Fidelity has an incredible selection, a knowledgeable and friendly owner, and.... beer! I honestly couldn't be happier about this store coming to town!
Great shop I should have tried long ago. Tired hands brews available while you hunt the bins. The variation of albums at what seems a very fair non gouge with the new vinyl boom. I will most definitely be going back. Fellow on hand was friendly and had Beasties Instrumental album on with perfect vibe that afternoon.
