What customers say
I have been going to Dr. Records for years, back when they were in Orono and the new location on Hammond St. I have bought over 200 LPs and 45s and they are always in good condition and am unbeatable price! I'd say it's the best record store north of Boston.
A great little record shop with a solo owner/operator. Lots to find when you're digging through the crates. They use to be located in Orono. It's been a staple of my musical finds since I first went in back in 1995
If you're buying records in the Bangor area, this is the first place to stop. Always. Prices are more than fair and the bins are ever changing. One of the reasons to buy from a record store is because you want someone there that has answers. If you're new to collecting vinyl, this is your store.
Good selection with reasonable pricing on all the vinyl records. Owner friendly and answered all questions. Have missed this place and thought they closed up shop when they left Orono. Good refound gem and happy they just moved down the road. Too bad it took me 10 years to know about it. Shame on me!!!
