I literally watched the dude complaining about the bootleg merch literally turned down a refund, watched staff on the phone say "Yeah we shouldn't have sold that and need to destroy it as soon as you bring it back." Maybe go bug Hot topic for selling it in the first place lmao. But he said no, so kinda on him.

It's a fun store. They sell books, music, movies & TV shows, video games, toys & games. Target audience is anyone older than 15 basically. Fair prices, good customer service. They also buy some used stuff (CD, DVD, XBOX, PlayStation, books, etc) and they sometimes bundle used items in cheap grab-bags.

This place was originally a place we stopped to "waste time" before heading to the airport and hopefully find a book to read on the plane. Ended up spending more time than originally planned, which was a good thing!

This store has a wide variety of music, game, movie, books, toys, and more. There was an overwhelming amount of CDs, but an underwhelming variety (or at least for my taste). The toys and puzzles section was superb. The prices were a bit extreme though, and many items were blatantly hiked up.
