Nice place with a great selection of records for the collector. Prices can get very steep especially for rarer copies, even too high for the condition of some of the records. Picture sleeves add value to your record collection but the quality of the actual vinyl record should also factor in the pricing.
I recently visited Daddy O's searching for a rather obscure record as a gift. Not only was the store wonderfully organized, clean, and filled with thousands of records with a mind-blowing selection but the owner, Joe, was extremely friendly and welcoming and encouraged me to browse to my heart's content!
This store's collection of CDs featured a wide range of genres and artists, both obscure and contemporary. The owner was friendly and seemed knowledgeable in music. The store was very organized, with labeled sections based on genre that made it easy to navigate.
I have been shopping at this store for 10 years now so I believe it is about time to write a review. Joe the owner is a great guy and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has a great selection of records, especially jazz.
