Update: We stopped collecting vinyl so my opinion of this place changed with the second visit. What we were looking for were decently priced and some things they had that aren't easy to find elsewhere. If you are in Rockford, stop by and check them out. The owner is super friendly even if you don't find anything.
I needed a stereo for my wife’s salon and Culture Shock had just what I needed. Not only did I not have to wait a few days for delivery, I was able to ask questions and get knowledgeable answers that didn’t come from an FAQ on a website. I saved money and was able to purchase the right stereo for my needs.
Culture Shock is a great place to find those vinyl records you've been looking for. They also have cool novelty gifts and curiosities and other items for everyone.
Wide selection of vynil records. Also cds and cassettes. Very friendly knowledgeable owner and staff. I love to browse at this place.
