Great place and a must stop for anyone on State Street but a must stop for anybody in Madison looking for the best vinyl new and vintage. The shop is set up like a museum and it's just beautiful. Vintage Madison venue show bills are lining the walls from venues like the King Club.
Visited first time today. Nice college town store. Well organized, alphabetical by genre. Didn’t feel cramped despite being small. Lot of foot traffic tho. Pretty good spread of genres, and formats to choose from. New, Reissued, and Used vinyl.
I've been a patron of this small music store since I moved to Madison about 7 years ago. The owner Steve is always incredibly friendly and helpful. He's helped me track down vinyls I wasn't able to find anywhere else.
What a pleasant surprise---tremendous record store and music items of all kinds. The owner was very friendly and helpful -- bought an album crate there. The selection is very good for new and used albums. Easily one of the top 3 record stores in Madison.
