Great place and a must stop for anyone on State Street but a must stop for anybody in Madison looking for the best vinyl new and vintage. The shop is set up like a museum and it's just beautiful. Vintage Madison venue show bills are lining the walls from venues like the King Club.
I've been a patron of this small music store since I moved to Madison about 7 years ago. The owner Steve is always incredibly friendly and helpful. He's helped me track down vinyls I wasn't able to find anywhere else.
What a pleasant surprise---tremendous record store and music items of all kinds. The owner was very friendly and helpful -- bought an album crate there. The selection is very good for new and used albums. Easily one of the top 3 record stores in Madison.
Love this store. Small but filled to the gills with good stuff; nice and very helpful staff; one of the most charming stores on State Street. A unique Madison asset that I support whenever I can.
