I'm a record store fan and love this one. Here's 5 reasons why... 👌 Exterior + Windows - one of the cooler record store buildings I've seen. So often, stores are crammed into a small, nondescript space. This place breathes, with natural light + 3 big rooms. Space to chill.
Unfortunately, the Record Store Day release I was so excited for was cancelled in the UK; it became a US only release. So I resigned myself to trying to get one online, hoping to dodge scalper prices.
I am forever grateful Yellow Racket exists. Chattanooga needed a local record store. But not only is it that, it’s a tattoo shop and a venue. The vision they had for this place is unmatched. It’s a cozy getaway for a lot of record collectors (I could easily spend hours in here).
Today was a Record Store Day in Town and we made 2 with a stop by the Zoo. This was our first visit and we really like the store. It's super easy to find and looks like the BBQ shop next door shares parking also. I had not heard of this one precious to today and we plan to return.
