Wax Trax Records Northside

so excited to have a wax trax on this side of town. cool spot, very walkable area with lots of other cool stuff to do!

Just started going to this record store and super impressed! They have multiple locations with different selections at each. Maylania took the time to talk to me for 30 min on 2 separate occasions to locate all the records I was looking for.

So happy to have a Wax Trax in my neighborhood! They opened pretty recently, so are still building up their inventory. Still very much worth a visit, as Wax Trax curates their records pretty well. I'd say it was about 30% used and 70% new. Mostly LPs, but also a selection of CDs and a few tapes.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I love the fact that their selection is impeccable and all of the staff are super friendly. The hate part of the relationship is that I almost never leave without spending less than $100.
