Wax Trax Records Broadway Bazaar

Long time fan of Wax Trax and was so excited to hear this pop-up location has become permanent. A wonderful addition to the SoBo area if I do say so myself. The collection is smaller than the original location and that’s not by any means a bad thing.

It's a little smaller than other record stores, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in character. Lots of good stuff here including some box sets. There is also a vintage store in the same location with some decent clothes. 🤘

This store has some of the best organization I've ever seen in a record store. The artist label tabs actually have records from that artist and only from them. Then each letter has its own misc section. The store is split half used, half new and is on the smaller side. For used its mostly classic rock and 80's.

Stopped by for record store day. Fantastic setup, excellent selection. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The kind lady who checked us out even gave my 9 year old niece a note to go with her Taylor Swift record she purchased. The note was written by Taylor! And sent to shops for record store day.
