What collectors say again and again
“Based on my experience (which is significant), I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in record players, amps/speakers, and vinyl (mainly used).”
What customers say
The only vinyl shop worth a stop in Santa Barbara. Staff is always enjoyable to talk to, and selection has a nice range. Prices are meh but if you really dig you might be surprised what turns up.
Love coming here when I'm in town, I never leave empty handed. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Large selection to choose from; some items are higher in price but you'll still find great deals. Always happy to support a store like this!
Amazing record store, coupled with a solid owner (Kurt). Fair and reasonable prices, on a wide selection of genres, to boot on used and new records. The jazz, rock, blues, and reggae selections are always well stocked with a variety of labels and presses to choose from.
Occasional hidden gems. They offer vintage turntable/speaker repair which is cool. Bought a used 1970s Dual turntable and it works like a charm. Most I had to do was take the dust off the needle. Since there is no local wholesaler like Amoeba, the prices are going to be pretty high even for used so keep that in mind.
