The vibe here is so good. Combine a record store with a bar and venue? Genius. I love how they support local music and are involved in the community. Places like this are what makes Nashville... Nashville. Great music, nice selection of vinyl, as well as non-alcoholic options behind the bar. I am definitely a fan.
Was looking for a specific CD from the Groundhogs (an English blues/prog band from the 60s). Found them through a Google “shopping” search. They had the specific album and two others that I needed. I assumed these would be used items - but within a week I received 3 brand new CDs in the mail.
Tons of records and even more local brews to choose. Vinyl Tap is one of my favorite East side gems. You get to drink while you shop, what's better than that? Tons of events too, so check their event calendar and Instagram to see the latest happening. Vinyl bingo is a new favorite of mine.
We had an excellent experience at this place! The staff and owner were very helpful with recommending some records for gifts. If you like vinyl and a nice selection of beers and tequilas, then this place will suit your fancy! Tell Todd, Frisch sent ya!
