Vinyl Cup Records - Cedar Falls

After a recent visit to Vinyl Cup Records in Cedar Falls, Iowa I give them a 10+. The store is beautiful, clean, well organized and easy to find. Right on Main Street in Cedar Falls, the store has a very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable in music in general and particularly in the albums.

Great record shop and great help! I was in town for a wedding for a couple of days and decided to walk down to the Vinyl Cup. I walked in and was warmly greeted. Everything was very well organized, and taken care of. I was told that it was the second to the last day that they will be doing business at this location.

My husband was just in this shop for the first time earlier this week and had mentioned he was looking for a specific album for me. I came in for the first time today, and when I gave my husband's phone number while she was ringing me up, she immediately remembered who he was, what he bought, AND the album that he was…

I stopped in this week and my favorite employee was working, Earl! He walked around and showed off some of the incoming albums in the A-Z used to me and then we hung out for a bit and caught up. It’s always great to see Earl, he is probably one of the best parts of stopping into any of the three Vinyl Cups!
