Huge collection of sorted and I sorted records, mostly rock and metal. They’re outgrowing they’re small space, and you wouldn’t immediately know there’s a record store in the building. If you love hunting through vinyl, this place will be great to spend a bit of time in. Also has some cds and a handful of dvds.
Definitely the best record store in No.Va. Mike & his staff are friendly & knowledgeable! Great selection of Metal, Thrash, Punk/H.C. plus tons more! they also have a Killer array of collectibles like colored vinyl, limited editions, books & lots of cool stuff! Highly recommended!!!! Mike's Shop is a hidden gem!!!
Somewhat hard to find upstairs in the building. We almost went away but when we walked it was worth our time. Good selection of Rock and Metal in both used and new. And we also found some good Jazz LPs in the Used Section
Great shop for anyone interested in all types of metal, and willing to put some time and effort into digging through the wall to wall, floor to ceiling stacks of CDs, DVDs, books and records. I left with a bunch of used CDs by bands I never see elsewhere, all very fairly priced.
