I've never been to a retro game/record store that puts as much care and attention to detail as The Exchange. From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful throughout my entire visit. As I was looking around, I could not help but stand in awe of how they treat and store their products.
Man, some of these reviews are pure salt. I was in last week to bring my kids and exchange some stuff. I was given what I thought was an extremely fair price for exchanging the items. There were three guys on staff and two of them were extremely helpful.
The best chain in the Pittsburgh area for physical media, whether you are a hardcore collector or someone who wants to find a specific item or offload some old games/movies, The Exchange is definitely the place to go. The employees are always very helpful and there is a great selection to choose from.
Huge inventory, friendly staff, and good prices. I always appreciate how well organized everything is, making that one niche item you’re looking for super easy to find. The selection of used and new games is great, easily my go-to game store now.
