Took a trade in the evening before. As they couldn't process it in time, they kept it overnight along with the items I was interested in. Everyone was very professional and accommodating throughout the process.
If you're not going to allow people to call in and get a price quote over the phone then when they come in with an item you better at least take a look at it and check it in the system. Not take one look and say no without even searching it in your system to see it hold value.
Good shop ton of nostalgia I felt they had a lot of just filler stuff a.k.a. CDs and even VHS tapes. Stunner stuff to browse you could possibly find some hidden gems in there.
3/11/23 update. STILL EPIC. best deals and prices on new and hard to find products. awesome knowledgeable staff (psst this store has the best stock & employees of all their stores IMHO)
