The Record Shop isn't the easiest to find and the door might be locked, but once you get in, it will be worth the search. The selection is not huge at this point (he has only been open two weeks)but there are some unique music related items and the vinyl all seems to be high quality.
This is the Nashville record store I was dreaming of! Owner is extremely knowledgable about music and he helped me find the records I was looking for. I could spend days in that store. Packed up the records perfectly for my flight and actually flagged me down and brought out a 45 that I forgot to put in my bag!
