Just like everyone else says, the owner is super friendly and helpful - moreso than some other local record shops. Great vibe. Equally cool and awesome shops right next door. Best record store I've been to, hands down and the staff know their stuff. If you are looking for something, ask 'em, they will locate and you will pay a fair price.
Steelworkers is easily one of my go-to record shops in Tampa! The owner is super chill and knows his music inside out. They've got all kinds of genres, so whether you're on the hunt for something specific or just flipping through, you're always going to find something awesome.
Currently listening to my J Dilla record that I got from here a few years back. They have real gems here. The fellow who works there(not sure if he is the owner) is super knowledgeable on music of all kinds. I have great conversations with him. Very helpful.
