Great collection, great owners and lots of hidden gems! This is what an independent music store looks like and it made my heart happy to be able to introduce my teenager to an authentic record shopping experience. It’s cramped so be ready to say excuse me as you pass by strangers. We had an amazing time.
Fantastic place. The folks who run it are kind, helpful, intelligent, and entertaining. The sights, sounds, and even the smell are the perfect vibe for a record store. Great place to get new, used, old, and modern music.
I love this store and I think its so great to have a local brick and mortar record store in time when more and more specialized interests/products are only able to be found online. They have a great selection of new records, very good condition used records, and a ton of older used records being sold for low prices.
Space Monkey Records has a lot to offer—charm and personality, stereo equipment, artist and band merch, and various music media. But as always, I was there for the vinyl. There were a lot of records to flip through, and the prices were fair. I wish I had taken more time, though.
