Southern Fried Vinyl Records / Media Mania of Helen

We stopped in here on the way to Axebilly’s, which is right behind them on the strip. They had a good, wide variety of comics, records, CDs, movies, and essentially any media type you could think of. I found a good many deep cuts in a variety of genres at really decent prices, and the staff was also very friendly.

Probably one of my favorite shops in Helen. The cashier was so sweet and we talked and laughed until I had to leave. The game I bought, Spectrobes, was a game that was expensive online and was really disappointed that I couldn’t find a reliable place to buy it from. It was only $8.99 here, I gasped when I saw it!!

I didn’t have the time to shop, but had fun looking at rare albums I hardly ever cross in other shops. Some of the things that interested me I felt were priced accordingly. Now, I didn’t inspect the media quality out of respect that I have been tubing on the river I that town this location is.

I did not know I had a local vinyl shop near me. the closest I have is in Suwannee or Lawrenceville that’s too far. my friend has a gig on Saturday, November 30 at 6 PM so it’s nice to know I have a vinyl record shop that’s close by me haven’t been in there yet
