It’s almost unbelievable that a record store of this caliber exists in my hometown. On a recent visit back from my current home in Vegas, I stopped by a few other record stores—none of them stood out. At all.
There is no better record store in the Buffalo area! I know this may sound unfair to the other great stores… but every single time I go into Soul Stop, I’m guaranteed to come out with something. But not just ONE record. I’m talking a STACK of records. That’s how I gauge how great a record store is.
Popped in today to get records for my new record player and could not have asked for more. The shop was clean, well organized, and bright. The Owner and patrons were in deep conversation about great music. What a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The best record shop in the Buffalo area. Chris, the owner, is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The pricing is great. Lots of gems you cannot find anywhere else. This is my go to record shop.
