needed to sell my father's cds after his passing & this process was simple. would have given a 5-star except that it was not clearly explained that this is not a storefront, only a warehouse & that the CDs need to be shipped rather than hand delivered.

I entered and packed up a box of DVDs we no longer needed and used the provided label to ship. They got back to us shortly after receipt and quickly completed the transaction. Great experience.
