Huge shout out to Dave and Lauren. My daughter has been playing a ukulele at school and wanted to save up for her own. Big learning moment for her as we talked in the car about why we shop local and what it means to the community, but also how local shops have genuine passion and will take care of you when you need it.

There's so much to love about Rock City Music. I'll start with their love of all music. You know that old stereotype of music store employees who think they're better than you or don't want to talk to certain types of customers? Everyone at Rock City Music Company disproves that stereotype all day every day.

I drove by Rock City for the last 3 and half years to and from work before i ever realized it was there. About 3 weeks ago I went in there for the first time looking for a Capo. Riley was behind the counter and took me back to where the capos were and was extremely friendly and helpful.

I am not from the area but I decided to go visit this weekend because they are the closest store that carries reverend guitars and basses. I found what I was interested in right away and Riley stepped up and helped me get the instruments down, a stand to help me decide between the 2, a stool and a cable to plug.
