Being raised in Southern California, I was expecting a more “modern” store with just the name of retro. However, Retro Room Records absolutely lives up to its name! I felt transported back in time (as if I were alive in the 80s). Jim and James were super nice and very helpful!
I just started into vinyl this year, and purchased my first record at Retro Room. I consider myself somewhat of a music junkie so a shop like this fits my jam. Jim has curated an amazing collection that continues to grow every time I go in. I'm amazed at the quantity and quality of what he brings in.

We stopped in here today, after missing it earlier this week when we stopped through while on a hiking vacation. Since we came full circle my partner kinda planned our stop back so we could go. It was great. He got. Decent haul, and we’re spoiled from good shops.
