Records - The Good Kind

Awesome local music store. Indie record stores are becoming more and more rare, and this place is a hidden gem. If you love vinyl records absolutely check it out. Tons of used vinyl, and if you're looking for something specific they can order it. The owners are very nice and clearly passionate about music.

We were headed to Hartford for a concert the next day, so we stopped at several records stores along the way. Records - The Good Kind was by far the best one. Great selection, clean records, well organized store. And best of all, extremely fair prices. Talked a bit with the owner, a nice guy who knows what he's doing.

When I go to a record store I dont expect much because its not easy to find a good old school record shop, but Records - The Good Kind is an exception. Great selection and well categorized, sometimes even by artist. Lots of old school/used records and some appliances as well, its easily one of my favorite record shops.

Spent $95 bucks on 8 records which is a really good deal! The selection was so good that I had to refrain myself from buying another 3 records that I saw to stay within my budget! I also like how they write on the plastic outer sleeve the details of the record and its condition.
