Record Safari

Record Safari passed the vibe check. Great selection of new and used, and some really rare vinyl, made my recent visit so worth it. Also, they have a parking lot so that's sick. Really cool associates too. I'll definitely come back here and will be recommending it to others.

During a business trip to Vegas for a convention, I discovered from locals that Los Angeles was only a four-hour drive away. While most would consider four hours a long trip, I saw it as a wonderful opportunity to explore another part of the United States.

I’ve been to a lot of record stores around the country and overseas these past 45 years and I don’t know if I’ve ever spent as much money at one shop in such a short time as I have here. Always find something great here and just when I think I’m ready to cut my losses and pay up another great find catches my eye.

Found them through tiktok and decided to check it out. Definitely more old school than amoeba. Place is like a hole in a wall of vinyl stores with a lot of selection, loved how they carried a bunch of vinyls of albums not printed anymore. Prices are very fair if not generous for the vinyls.
