Record Exchange

One of the best record stores on the East Coast. Paul is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable curators of any record shop in the world. I always go out of my way to make the trip when I am in the Boston area. The store carries all genres and always has amazing gems on the wall. I never leave empty handed.

Record Exchange is great shop. The owner, Paul is a great guy w/ a super positive attitude. Always good picks up on the wall. The kind of place you walk into and find something like Bob Dylan’s 1962 debut, Columbia “six eye” in stereo. Highly Recommend!

A really cool record store that has a lot of British (UK imports) and CDs. Music lovers' haven. I met Paul the owner of The Record Exchange in Salem, MA. We bonded over our love of The Jam and talked about Paul Weller's musical history, and British/European music. Finally, a store that has music I'm familiar with.

Paul ordered 2 kind of hard to get albums for me over the holidays. We had several check-ins until they arrived and at all times he was great to work with, even when all hell was breaking loose at the store during the busy holiday season. I had a broken ankle and Paul brought the order out to my car.
