You know that anemic-looking “world/international” section your local record store has? Pop Overbite is basically what you get when you fill an entire record store with curated, interesting LPs from that section. I think they are somewhat more intentional with what they stock because their specialization is so niche.

Killer shop design meets a wonderfully far out selection of mostly vintage world music LPs and cassettes. Everything is well curated with great description labels for those of us less inclined to know the artists. It makes for fun digging and a want to take a plunge into the unknown. Lovely owner, to boot.
