I had the best experience here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We found several records we had been searching for - and I bought a great cloth tote to take them home in too! After I rang up my purchases, my husband mentioned something he hadn't been able to find.

Such a cool little shop! Visited on my vacation due to a friend’s recommendation. They have a great mix of used and new! Very expansive collection ranging from a little bit of everything. They also had a huge holiday collection. Even quite a bit of merch that was very cool to see!

Plaid Room Records is my favorite online store to purchase vinyl. Their variety of titles is awesome, prices are reasonable (less than my local stores) and most of all, shipping times and packaging are impeccable. I don't think anyone else comes close to the care they place with shipping vinyl.

I originally left a negative review after a frustrating online order, so this is me coming back to update that. Bob, the owner, actually reached out to me directly to understand what went wrong, which I didn’t expect.
