Phaseshifter Records

We stumbled upon this place by accident. You could feel the energy and hear music drifting through the open doorway, so we decided to go check it out. The store was lively, but not overly busy. The atmosphere felt welcoming and the staff was helpful and friendly.

For years I've desired a record shop that carried an actual selection of multiple genres of music locally. We finally have it here in Benton Harbor with an owner that has worked at one of the best shops in the US (Amoeba Music).

Amazing record store! First time visiting with my mother in-law and love the amount of records with a great artsy atmosphere. Loved the art mural. Met The wonderful owner Joe which he was very knowledgeable and friendly along with another delightful worker Travis.

From out of state, stopped by and this place is really neat! Had live music, lots of different choices from CDs, vinyl and cassettes, and the prices were pretty fair all around. The workers there are also so sweet!
