Still tje very best must stop in place at the garage in Harvard Square is of Newbury Comics with a vast array of fun products of all kinds records of all genre and fair prices still, one of my hidden gems still in the Square must go ...happy 46 years also..!
I've been going to various NC locations since college in the 90s. It's still a decent place to get music (mostly vinyl these days - but some CDs especially the Kpop section for my kid). It's also a good place to find Manga, graphic novels, games, collectibles and gag gifts.
Somewhat hidden in the upper floor of The Garage, Newbury Comics offers a large selection of American comic magazines and albums, Manga, LPs, books, anime figures and all kinds of merchandise and much more. I personally loved to find some stranger retro-sci-fi stuff among the many DC and Marvel comics. Friendly staff.
