The most iconic record store in Michigan. How they're still open after the internet destroyed every other mom and pop record store is mind-boggling. The owner is in various newspapers, magazines, and internet blogs as well as a Netflix movie about Flint. The guys a legend.

This place is just as titled...Music Planet. It has been around for MANY YEARS. It has the oldest to the newest music present, which includes gospel, contemporary, jazz, to upbeat & today's artists, as well as, conducts a little bit of other sales, such as: distribution sales for some area concert tickets, plays,…

Never been there but will make the trip up to Flint when I go visit my sister in Detroit. Looks like they have a lot of out of print hard to find music. I'll have a field day shopping in that joint. Can't wait to stop by and go on a serious music diggin mission!!

Music planet has always been my favorite place to buy music since I was a kid. Always a joy to find what I'm looking for.
