The employees are nice. I bought & sold. You won't get much for your CD's or DVD's but if you don't want to sell them online yourself it is an easy option. I don't a total of 93 items and got $32.60. I cleaned out my living room & got some cash so it was a win. They RENT DVD'S.

The modern day blockbuster. Like the "remove from netflix" section. Great bundle deals. The workers are very friendly. Only suggestion is that I would love to see more foreign films/tv shows and maybe some retro furniture like dvd stands or cd racks (pretty much storage solutions).

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I found a lot of hard to find PS2/PS3 games at great prices. And the DVD/Blu-ray selection is really good too.

Their prices are on the high end for resale stores, you will pay new price for a used criterion which is a pretty silly thing to do when a nearby Barnes and Noble has brand new ones for 50% off on the regular. But it's a large space with plenty to browse and find if your willing to pay for it.
