Merle's has a great selection, knowledgeable staff and much more than records. They also do repairs for turntables and audio equipment. Convenient hours and location. Prices can be a little steep and there aren't many parking spots.
A few of these albums, I bought from there and that's the only place I go for my wax!!!!!! Merle's record is an American Icon Connecticut icon it should be protected forever please go there and support & history!!!!
Today was my first day visiting this place, since moving to CT, I've been dying to visit some record shops, a friend told me about this one and I must say that I loved it. 60 years in business and that's amazing!
Came here specifically to look at CDs since alot of places dont sell physical music anymore (or good music at least). Owner/ worker was beyond nice and even helped me find a gift for mother’s day as they had ozzy vinyls for a good price. Will be back in the future (spent an hour looking at only 1/3 of the store).
