Memo Record Shop

This place has been here for 59 years, owned by the same person. It's got very cool stuff inside and is full of pictures of ALL of the Artists that has visited. Definitely worth checking out..

My Daddy had been bugging me for a while to find him some cds, yes, you read right, cds; he's old school and viejito... I just hadn't made the time, but my brother had ridden his bike past the shop recently and told Daddy that it was still open, so off we went.

My first time here and it is awesome!! More CD's than vinyls but the Spanish selection is huge. We're more into Tejano music and they didn't disappoint. They have so much history behind these walls! 👍 We'll definitely be back!

🎶My dad, Pedro Manzano Sr. Is on the cover of Matamoros Querido. He was a roadie and good friend of Rigo Tovar. I'm gonna take him sometime this week to meet Mr. Memo . Mr Memo told me that my dad is the only one he has not met. My dad will be 80 years old Oct. 23, 2020.
